COVID-19 - Care Advice

In these times of uncertainty we thought we would take this opportunity to update you on our current situation in the face of COVID-19.

We have and will continue to implement strict hygiene and social distancing protocols in all of our practices, and have allowed extra time between patients to ensure a clean and safe environment for all patients and staff.

If you’re experiencing any of the following urgent or emergency cases we’re here to help.  These urgent cases could be:

  1. Sudden loss of vision
  2. Flashing of lights
  3. New floaters
  4. Foreign Body Injuries
  5. Infection
  6. Persistent Red or Sore Eyes
  7. Loss/Breakage of Essential Glasses

If you think your situation is an emergency and requires immediate attention, we recommend you go the Royal Victorian Eye and Ear Hospital for care.
