We believe that claiming your optical benefits should be the easiest part of your visit. Forget the hassle of paperwork and waiting for reimbursement; we simplify the process with HICAPS.
When you purchase your new prescription glasses or contact lenses, we process your health funds claim for you:

Swipe Your Card: We swipe your private health fund card through our in-clinic HICAPS machine.

Claim is Processed: Your eligible benefit amount is deducted from the total cost.

Pay the Difference: You only pay the remaining balance (the gap) at the time of collection.
